hello I had a consumer proposal started in Oct 31 2011. It was completed Oct 29 2014. I am having trouble renewing my mortgage and am being told that I had a bankruptcy and my credit rating is bad for 6 years after I completed the proposal. so my question is this.. were can I get a god rate to renew my mortgage. and who can help me .
My dad consigned a car loan for me and I have since had the car repossessed and still have an outstanding bill with the bank. I want to claim bankruptcy but can I claim the car in my bankruptcy with my dad as a co signer or how would work?
I am going thru bankruptcy as we speak with grant Thornton i thought keeping my car would be ok but now my living arrangements have changed and I need to give my car back ... I tried calling but the lady was busy please email me back asap thanks so much
