i am writing this for a friend as he has no computer. He has not filed income tax for a number of years and is wondering if he claimed bankruptcy could his debt also include what he owes to the CRA..He also has other debt he would like to have erased as well. He only wants to get his life back in order financially. Is this an option for him? He has never filed bankruptcy before and continues to work and continues to keep failing financially. Please email me and I will make sure he receives the information and possibly set up an appointment with a trustee to further this inquiry. He feels there is no way out, but when I suggested this option he decided to at least get the information to see if anything can be done. Thank you
