Nova Scotia bankruptcy Q&A forum

Question:

Hello, I was wondering if you people were to do a consumer proposal for me to my creditors, do I pay them monthly through you people ? Or if I sell my assets and have a lump sum do I give you people the money to pay on my behalf? Thank You

Answer:

Thanks for your question. Your Consumer Proposal would be filed by the Administrator - Grant Thornton. You would make your monthly or lump sum payments to the Administrator who then distributes money to your creditors. If you would like to discuss your specific situation in detail please contact our office toll free at 310-6060. Rob
