Ann is the founder of A.C. Poirier & Associates Inc. Prior to establishing the practice in 1997, Ann was a partner with Ernst & Young where she practiced primarily in the area of corporate insolvency. She commenced her career with that firm in 1980 and has been practicing exclusively in the area of insolvency and restructuring since 1984. She was a Partner and Senior Vice President with Ernst & Young and the Practice Director of her office's insolvency practice.
Paul spent most of his career with two of the major national CA firms, Clarkson Gordon (now Ernst & Young) and Deloitte prior to joining A.C. Poirier & Associates Inc. in 2001.
Paul has had a long career. He joined the CA profession in 1969 and obtained his CA designation and license as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee shortly thereafter. Early in his career he became a Partner responsible for the firm's local corporate insolvency practice which, under Paul's direction, became the leading practice in Eastern Ontario.
Henry joined A.C. Poirier & Associates Inc. in November 2010 after working the last five years with PricewatehouseCoopers Inc in Moncton as a Vice-President and Licensed Insolvency Trustee in their Moncton office. In that time he worked exclusively in the field of insolvency. Prior to that, Henry had worked 20 years with local and regional Chartered Accounting firms providing accounting, taxation, insolvency and consulting services to corporate and individual clients.
